Cream strategy is a strategy of learning.  First of all, C stands for Creative and it means confidence in using individual strategies and using confidence in styles to apply imagination in learning for intellectual inventiveness.  For instance, creativity is important in art works, literature, and culture.  There are tips to improve creativity such as brainstorming while working individually or in groups and having the ability to solve problems.  On the other hand, the tips to enhance creativity skills require practice.  Thus, creativity is essential in creating success in life.  Furthermore, R stands for reflective and it means the ability to experience and analyze.  For example, reflective can be in writing essays and education. Reflective also means to evaluate your personal performance.  E in cream strategy stands for effective and means to organize time and priorities. An effective person can be an employee for example.  Therefore, effective strategy includes information technology for instance in our current lives. Effective strategy is the skills that should be practiced in order to success and improve.  To illustrate, the person should study to success in his or her studies and be a hard worker.  Moreover, there are several of tips for a student to be effective such as preparing your schedule, saving time while studying, and acknowledging which time is appropriate for studying.  Subsequently, A stands for an active learner and it means that each individual should have a vision and try hard to acquire his or her success in it.  For example, an active learner should practice learning daily and an active learner should know how to explain effectively.  Lastly, M stands for motivation.  For example, there should be reason for each answer you have in mind to be motivated. In addition, motivation has three important questions to answer for success.  The first question is how can we enjoy studying? The second question is what can we do to make this fun and enriching?  The last question is how learning is real for us? If the student knew how to answer the three questions he or she should be successful in their studies.
